To fix the Epic Launcher black screen, clear the app data cache files and configure GPU settings.
Flush Launcher Cache
Delete the temporary Epic Games Launcher web cache directory to resolve loading failures and restore login interfaces.# Step 1: Force Close Epic Background Threads
1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to launch the Task Manager. 2. Scroll to any active process task with the word EpicGamesLauncher, right-click, and select End Task.
# Step 2: Delete Saved Web Cache Files
1. Press Win + R keys, enter %localappdata% and click OK.
2. Navigate to EpicGamesLauncher > Saved.
3. Locate the folder named webcache and delete it permanently.
4. Launch the Epic Games Launcher. Layout features and game assets will load correctly without black screens.
