Sync Time Server
Correct and synchronize your device's date and time parameters with local internet time servers to resolve App Store SSL handshake conflicts.# Step 1: Enable Auto-Time Synchronization
Apple servers will block App Store secure connection handshakes if your system clock is out of sync: 1. Open Settings on your device. 2. Scroll to General > Date & Time. 3. Toggle the Set Automatically switch to Enabled.
# Step 2: Force Restart the App Store
1. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to open the app switcher. 2. Locate the App Store app and swipe up on it to close it entirely. 3. Open it again to trigger a clean network request. Your App Store connection is now restored.
